1. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO ?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the following countries within Europe:

2. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties . These charges widely vary from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Diva Dames 's hands . For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to us. In the event this happens, we may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

3. WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm.

4. WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

Royal Mail will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, to advise collection of your parcel from post office. If you are a UK customer, please contact Customer Services via whatsapp on +447459922708 .

5. WILL A SIGNATURE BE NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?

We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible a card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the post office .

6. CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered at work, make sure you put the name of the company /organisation in the address field, and contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

7. WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

Returns

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN'S POLICY ?

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. Take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up while trying out garment .You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. For those inAustralia,New Zealand,AmericaorCanada, you've got 30 days from the date on your dispatch note.

2. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us product back with your order ID with in 7 days from the date of purchase. We'll do our best to resolve this for you.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item/items to us following the method below.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Please provide your Order number in returns parcel .Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

4. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland & the EU

You get 14 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about. This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

International countries outside the EU

If you are based in theUSA,Canada,AustraliaorNew Zealandyou get 28 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. For all countries outside of the EU you have 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. This returns period starts from the date you receive your order.

5. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
  3. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 3-5 days of the day we receive the returned item(s) . Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item provided we receive the return item(s) in 7 working days .In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

7. HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.

8. DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

We usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect. If you live in theUKor European Union, and have cancelled your contract in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will also reimburse your delivery charges if you paid for delivery. We’ll process all refunds using the payment method you originally used to purchase your order.

9. CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice .
