What if I want to return?
Only pay for what you keep. If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. If you have an upcoming payment due - sit back and relax. If there is a delay in the online store registering a return, Klarna will issue a new payment due date for the reminder of your order you decide to keep.
Can I use Klarna to pay monthly?
Yes, this will be made available for you automatically once you once you are accepted with Klarna.
Can I use Klarna for mutiple retailers?
You can use this service with any retailer that uses Klarna as a payment option. If the retailer is subscribed to Klarna there will be an option at the end of check out. Usually this is shown on their website before check out.
Unable to pay due to COVID-19?
If you are having trouble with one or more of your installements due to hardship payments. There is an option to freeze payments, this can only be discussed over the phonewith Klarna. for more information regarding this issue please call 0203 005 0834, office hours are 9am - 5pm, monday to friday.
