The Claimant, White Fox Boutique Limited, issued proceedings on 29 April 2025 against Justyouroutfit (MCR) Limited and its director Mr Jagtar Singh Dhaliwal (the “Defendants”) due to the offer for sale and sale by the Defendants of counterfeit clothing bearing the “White Fox” trade mark.
The Defendants accept that they infringed the Claimant’s trade mark by the offer for sale and sale of the counterfeit clothing and passed off those goods as being the Claimant’s goods when they were not. The Defendants have settled the claim and agreed not to infringe the Claimant’s trade mark rights in the future and have agreed to pay damages and costs to the Claimant.
