Orders placed before 11 pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next day (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, and Public Holidays). Orders placed after 11 pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday using this service. Deliveries are made anytime between 7 am - 6 pm. Postcode Restrictions Apply.

1. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the following countries within Europe:

 Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

2. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. These charges widely vary from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Just Your Outfit's hands. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to us. In the event this happens, we may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

3. WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 6.00pm.

4. WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?

Couriers, such as Royal Mail will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, to advise collection of your parcel from post office. If you are a UK customer, please contact Customer Services via email at helpjyo@hotmail.com / support@justyouroutfit.com.

5. WILL A SIGNATURE BE NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?

We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore your parcel can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible a card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the post office .

6. CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered at work, make sure you put the name of the company /organisation in the address field, and contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

7. WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE?

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
